In vielen Workshops hatten LehrerInnen, Eltern, externen ExpertInnen und Sch\u00fclerInnen verschiedene Inhalte zum Thema angeboten. So konnte man verschiedene Yogatechniken und -\u00fcbungen zur Stressbew\u00e4ltigung ausprobieren, Interessantes rund um das Thema \u201cgesunde Ern\u00e4hrung\u201d lernen oder sich bei Sportangeboten auspowern. Am Ende konnten alle ihr Wissen zum Thema erweitern und Methoden erlernen, wie man sich etwa in Stresssituationen gesundheitsbewusst verhalten kann.<\/p>\n<p>Vielen Dank an das Orga-Team und die vielen engagierten ReferentInnen und WorkshopleiterInnen f\u00fcr diesen tollen Tag.<\/p>\n<p><em>Text: L.
